Fluid Kayaks have been working on a lot of different projects over the past year. The biggest and most exciting for us is the Nemesis project. The Nemesis is their latest playboat that is due to hit the market very early in ‘07. This boat has been through more than 6 prototypes and test paddled on many of the biggest waves in the world. The boat has been extensively tested on the Zambezi, Nile, Ottawa, and Indian Ocean. Stay tuned over the next two months for some sweet final prototype testing stories and pictures.

The Creeker is sweet and hard to beat on steep creeks. A bit of a keel up front keeps it on line. It boofs on demand. Mild edges allow for good control eddying in and ferrying. The Solos feature semi displacement hulls, with soft enough rails to keep even the most conservative paddler happy. They turn on a dime, carve like demons and boof on command. Responsiveness and speed is what they’re made for. The rocker profile assists in stability when landing drops, and keeps you going where most boats will stall and backender. The decks are slightly peaked for controllable resurfacing without losing speed. The perfectly distributed volume keeps you on top of the funny water, making class 5 creeks safer and more fun.< br/> The Small Solo is particularly suitable for smaller paddlers as an allround creekboat, and for bigger paddlers as a low volume creekboat.
